Not sure how to look at this but a friend gave me a 19' Renken Bowrider. The boats runs fine and the electrical works as well, but the interior needs to be completely replaced.

I have Google'd till I am blue in the face but just cannot seems to find a place to go for interior restore parts.

Anyone got some good links on where I should start?

Welcome to iboats!

I would imagine the stock parts may not be available from the manufacture...

You could attempt to recover your self...

Or find a local upholstery shop...

Lots of good info here at iboats...

^^^ yes, what parts?

Replacement seats are readily available at many places and I have even seen rear jump seats from time to time. The tough thing you will find is no one makes direct fit replacement; bow seat cushions, engine cover, sun deck pads for a boat where the MFG went out of business long ago, think it was the early-mid 90's for Renken. You will need to recover/rebuild these yourself or take it to a upholstery shop ($$$)

Thought since I would be replacing the seats, I might as well replace the inside trim as well. The thing that concerns me is the engine cover. Looks like the cover was a deck with a bench in front.

The friend I got the boat from let the cover fall into the boat, which ruined the deck and bench seat.

Outside of that just little things here and there. But, I am sure glad I found the site.

Pictures???

I was looking at an early 80's 19' Renken bowrider last summer and guessing your boat has the same hull, but not necessarily the same interior. About 1/2 of the interior could be purchased (fold down back-back seats and rear jump seats), but the other 1/2 had to be built; engine cover, combing pads, front seat pads.

Depending on how bad your engine cover is damaged it might be able to be repaired. Are the joints cracked and loose, or is the wood rotted?

How handy are you with building things from wood?

I will take some shots this weekend and get them up.

The wood is falling apart. Looks like pressboard and he just had it laying over in the boat.

Fiber glass I can do. Got that from my car projects. Wood on the other hand, wife says I cannot hit a nail on the head straight but I can do.

Going a little nuts to get started :D.
