1991 OMC Tilt/Trim pump

I am replacing the old tilt trim pump, with the oring style connectors, with a new 2001 and later Volvo Penta unit. The local hose shop can't help me. They said they don't have any fittings. Does anyone know of any adaptors available? The new unit has 1/8 inch female pipe thread.
