1991 Naden Boat Question

My 1991 Naden is missing the plate with all the specifications.
It is 16' Long and 72" wide at its widest point and has a 16" Transom.

What I am wandering is the max HP Rating for this boat and the recommended max weight capacity?

If anyone has any relevant info it would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Re: 1991 Naden Boat Question

Thanks.

What I was hoping is that someone had the same type of boat just so I have the info.

Naden is a Canadian Aluminum Boat Manufacturer. I am hoping that with a jack plate or transom build up it will handle a Honda 35 4-Stroke Tiller.

Re: 1991 Naden Boat Question

I have an older 16' Naden "big fish" model. It's rated at 35 hp. They also make other models too, some a bit wider than others. I don't think they changed them much over the years.

Here is some info you might find useful... maybe you can match your boat to one of the models listed in the spec chart. Where are you? Naden's a used by quite a few fly in places and outfitters in NW Ont, but it doesn't seem that they're well known outside this area.

I have a couple other pages out of their brochure, but the jpegs are too large to upload. send me a private message with your email address and I'll send them to you.

Edit found a link of you:

that is my boat.. you can probably figure out what you have.
