1991 Maxum Cuddy XC with O/B

I am thinking about buying a 1991 21 foot Maxum Cuddy, I belive it is the 1991 XC. It has a 150 Merc O/B on it for power. I can?t find much on the Internet about Maxum boats with O/B engines. Is it a good boat? I would mainly be using it in the spring and fall in British Columbia. Does the canvas top, cover it up enough to keep wind and weather out. I would also like to put a kicker on it. Would I be able to mount a bracket on this boat? Also, does anyone know the wieght of this boat?

Maxum tells me my 1990 21' xc weighs 1780 with a 120 hp force on it and 2 batteries, no fuel. If you call them they will mail you a photocopy of the owners manual, not very useful but it does include an electrical wiring schematic. Note that my transom and deck supports are rotten and require replacement, don't pay very much for it.
