1991 Maxum 2100 motor box HELP!!

I have a 1991 21 foot maxum bowrider. i was trailering it home, and the motor box blew out of the boat. does anyone know where or how i might be able to replace it? anyone know any used maxum dealers or anything. I have tried the manufacturer direct, and they do not produce the part anymore.

Good luck!!! Maxum and Bayliner used these for a while but you almost never find them for sale. I almost lost mine on my 1991 2100sr. You can find them on ebay rarely and are not cheap. Before I found mine I was going to ditch the rear seats and make a big sunpad/engine cover but then I found it on the side of the road in the woods and luckily it was O.K. Now I never tow without cockpit cover on. Good luck in your search and repost if you find a source for replacements. A bayliner "Dog house" on almost any size boat would work too. Good Luck....
