My prop does not turn when I shift it to forward or reverse. It doesn't make any noise or grinding noise. I noticed a little vibration then I hit a big wave. The motor went to neutral then wouldn't go. I noticed when i got it loaded that I was missing two bolts and one broken off. This is where it mounts from the lower unit to the motor. Any ideas???
