I bought a 91 stratus with the 150gt vro last year. It had already had the oil injection removed when I bought it. Took it out and it ran good. Got it home cleaned it up took it to the lake and it wouldn't idle. But it would crank in gear so I managed to fish. Took it home and on the muffs it runs fine. Ended up rebuilding carbs. Now it idles fine, but when you try to take off it bogs down. Once you mangage to get up on plain it's fine. I can slow down and thin give it some gas and it'll dern near snap your neck. It's only from start off or from goin less than prolly 5 mph that it bogs. I don't know what else to try... I'm at a loss. Please help. Thank in advance.

Just to clear that up, it sounded like the problem started after I rebuilt the carbs. Not the case it's done it since I bought it.

OMC made two different 150's that year. A 60 degree looper and a 90 degree crossflow. They are very different engines. What is the model number of the engine you have?
