1991 Johnson 150 V6 Idle screw location

Hello anyone,
I would like to adjust my idle on my 150 Johnson 1991 V6( Model J150EXEIS ) and cant seem to find the idle screw anywhere. I have both the Clymer and Seloc manuals but the pictures are not clear or too general. Any help would be greatly appreciated.HELP! Thanks!

Idle rpm on engines with OIS ignition systems is adjusted with the 'LOW' tab on the bracket for the optical sensor on top of the flywheel cover.
