1991 bayliner 21ft classic

This open bow boat has a 4.3 180hp 4 cyl merc. Would like to increase engine size. Does anyone know what engine will fit without having to change the engine mounts. Has Alpha 1 outdrive.<br />thanks

It Depends on whether you have,<br />a 4.3 180hp <br />Or,<br />a 180hp 4 cyl merc.<br /> <br />Which are Two Very Different Engines........<br /><br />Hi John, Got my package.. Thanx........

The 4.3 has 190 hp with a 2 bbl, or 205 with a 4 bbl. My guess is this isn't a 4.3, but a 4 cyl.
