1990 yamaha L130ETXD fuel issue

hi guys my 1990 yamaha 130 runs like garbage i have replaced plugs rebuilt carbs and runs beter but if i nail the gas it just falls on its face and if i take it easy i can get it on a plain but the power come and goes any ideas? i also need to know the recomended turns out on the mix screws??

You are playing with fire here....if you run that engine lean, for just a second too long...it's gonna be a very sudden death for it, or at least one piston....the idle mix screws, if i'm not mistaken, should be 7/8th's turn out from lightly seated....but that shouldn't affect full throttle at all....without knowing your engine up close and personal...would follow the standard troubleshooting...use a portable tank to eliminate fuel restrictions, if no help then would check pulse pumps...carefully...what do the plugs look like? sounds like it's running lean...but hard to tell anything with so little information
