I'm looking at buying a single-owner SWL207 with an OMC 4.3 and Cobra outdrive. Anyone have specs on the HP for the 4.3? Is the max HP for the boat really 175? Any ideas on cruising speed/top speed expectations? I realize this is impacted by weight on boat, but am I looking at 16-18 mph max or 27-30 max? We're going to drive the boat prior to purchase but want to know what I should expect. Plan is to fish mostly and play a little (cruise/tube) all on Puget Sound. Any comments, recommendations appreciated!
