Re: 1990 searay 220 DA 5.7L

I bought my seat from Veada and it worked out great http://veada.com/category-1/22_27_33-Freedom-Pontoon-Boat-Seats.html
The pontoon seats are way too large, but if you only order the pod, it fits perfect. Look at what I ordered below, and look at the photos on the Veada site, and you should be able to figure it out. Be sure to have them send a color sample, so you get an exact match to what you have.
I didn't use the "bass seat hinges" because I was able to bolt the seat to the back of the flipped seat. I didn't move the base of the seat, although you could, if you needed more knee room at the helm. On my boat, my knees almost hit the instrument panel, but not quite. If you move the base back as little as an inch, you might have to open your engine hatch from the opposite direction. I'm glad I left it as it was.

Check the photo of the seat on my mod page, and you can see the finished modification.

I like your mods.
I've had my 220 about 7 yrs and this was the yr for everything to go wrong. Gets hot over 1500 RPM. Hole in the trim tube and the voltage regulator is going whacky. Didnt get out much this year. My boat stays in the water and the marine growth is a disaster. Need to paint the hull again this winter and try to find a finish that works on the out-drive. I'm beginning to think that my temp problem may be related to the growth. I've replaced everything.
