I installed a new binnacle mount controll box with new cables. I have no sharp bends in the cables. the throttle moves fine until I get to half throttle, after that I amost have to use 2 hands to open it up all the way.
When I take the cables off the engine they move throught the full range with no problem.
Any sugguestions? is it a common problem with this motor?
