I bought a harris Floteboat a couple months back.The first time out it ran great first 20 min than started surging. Each time out got worse, than had spark issue. Talked to boat mechanic, he said if it sat for two yrs(it did) carbs need rebuilt. Didn't believe him it ran fine for a while.After days of pulling my hair out this is what I did. Spark problem new power pak. Than gave in had carbs rebuilt. Now she runs like new again
