Any experience with this motor? After running for a couple of hours, the engine dropped way low on RPMs while running at half throttle... when trying to apply throttle, warning buzzer "Sqeaked" with no consistant tone. Ran fine at low speed (got us back to boat landing), only applying throttle (in gear or nuetral) caused problem. After turning off and wating 5 minutes, started and ran fine. Can not repeat drop in power, even after 2 days. Never happened before....Thoughts, anyone?

Thanks in advance!

Keep an eye on your water temp. It sounds to me like it mighta got a plastic bag wrapped-around the intake, or otherwise plugged.
When you stopped, the bag floated off. I had that problem with jellyfish :D
But I think your motor has an overheat sensor, that kills high speed ignition from stator (not really sure how it werks) , but do a search under "OMC OVERHEATING" or something,as I read about it here.
