Okey if you are unable to pull off the remote control box you can do as pnwboat suggest.
If you look at Maxrulesdotcom (Mastertech Marine) web site they have wiring diagrams for Force 120-125Hp thru 91A.
The different in the diagram is that it is a 4 cylinder engine yours is a 3 cylinder engine.
It is one more ignition coil and four pole trigger for the 120-125Hp.
The stop circuits are the same.
If you have a VOM you can check if there is a close circuit at the stop switch by disconnecting the stop wire from the CDI boxes and measure the resistance between the stop wire and engine ground.
The VOM should read open circuit if the lanyard is engaged and key switch is in running position.
If not open circuit, one of the stop switches is bad.
BTW Maybe you have the wiring diagram at the top of the power head.
I have seen 85 and 90Hp that had the diagram at the head, some did not.

Update: so I hurried and drove the 20 mins to the store to buy a new set of muffs, I get in the store and realize I switched pants and forgot my wallet at home ;( luckily I had enough change to buy it 🙃 got home and first checked for spark. I have spark on all three cylinders WOOOOOTT WOOOOOT!!! It didn't want to start at first but I finally got it to start after about 5-6 tries. I hope that's only because it hasn't been ran since 2019 summer. Next I'm going to replace the kill switch and run some seafoam thru it to clean it up (my new spark plugs are dirty already). Hopefully I don't have any more issues. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP!!! SERIOUSLY THANK YOU!

No Seafoam.(my opinion)
Use OMC or Mercury Power Tune or Engine Tuner, Yamaha has their own
decarb stuff.
I get a bottle of Chevron with Techron from Auto Zone(black bottle).
I mix it with 1/2 gal of gas, add enough oil(TCW3) so you don't damage
anything, then run it through the system, after it's ran long enough to
fill the carb bowls, let it set over night.
This should help clean up any buildup .
Bought a Ford Ranger with a V-6, throttle body, I ran it almost out of gas and then put in the Chevron mix.
Went for a drive, as I drove around I could feel the motor pickup and ran smoother and ended up getting better mpg.

Okay I'll check it out thanks, I think the new problem is it needs a new impeller because was it's only dripping out like 6 very small holes even after trying to clean the holes with some a small screwdriver
