Have a confirmed leak at the shift shaft bellow. Cant find the part anywhere or any aftermarket. It looks like this bellow is also the oil seal for the shift shaft. Any one have a fix for this? Rtv or something?

Yes that bellow act as a seal for the gear case.
This was a bad design from the Force engineers and they changed it to a regular seal later.
They are N/A as you state, maybe Franz Marine still provide a replacement as he did in the past.
The replacement is expensive and a R/R stuff.
You can try to glue the bellow wite Loctite super glue for rubber. maybe it will work for a while.

Seal will be here this week just a question instead of just doing it. Do I need to lift the plate out and pound the seal out from the bottom or am i able to pry and replace from the top

The seal should come in it already.
If not it's an easy job. Just don't dig too deep and scar the metal mating surfaces. Post a pic of the new parts. Thanks, Jerry

I ended up just finding the bellow and not the new plate with the style of shift oil seal

Where'd you find the bellows?
Old parts found on a shelf someplace might be suffering dry rot?

Also is there suppose to be a zip tie or something to tighten the top of the bellow to the shifter?

Yes, there should be a zip tie to fit the bellow in the grove at the top.
Do not tight it to much.
