1990 Fish 185 4.3l transom motor mounts refresh

1990 Fish 185 4.3l needs a transom and motor mounts fiercely. With any common sense, most would save their dough for another. After two good years of limping by, keeping the water out okay, it's time to pull the motor and get a good look. The boat does okay, it has a good setup for the price, runs well, and was generally well cared for. The motor was replaced in the early 2000s for a cracked block from lack of winterization. So, I am just checking if anyone is still out in this VIP forum.
Did I mention that it's also OMC cobra just have to treat her right.
