1990 150 GT johnson hard to start

Help !!!, I have a 1990 150 GT johnson V6 outboard that hard to start even the engine it warm some times it took about 20 short crank for it to start , New spark plugs and just rebuilt carb two week ago

Please post more details or history of this issue. Example did it ever started correctly? What or when this issue showed up?
As for Plugs, brand and gap will help!
Do a spark test, compression test and anyone here will at lease have some ideas.
Outboard troubleshooting is 40 or 50 % just looking at it and observation whilst running or not !

In addition to what nymack66 wrote, describe your current starting procedure, don't omit any detail. Sometimes these engines require a "ritual" which is very precise, but works.

What does the fuel hose primer bulb feel like when it won't start? Have you done a compression check lately?

The primer bulb is hard , No i did not do compression check , I try to start it again yesterday it took one crank to started and took it out to the lake two cranks to started , did some fishing for about 1/2 hours and try to start it again took one crank started , stay fishing another hour and try to start took5 short crank to started. at this point i'm not sure what to do with it , I'm going to let it sets allday and will try to start it this evening

what should the compression be? I have a 1990 GT 150 that has 90 lb's on all 6 cyl's not trying to take over the thread just asking as i'm sure he would like to know as well...
