I am having an issue with just one motor. I must pump the ball until hard in order to start. It will run at low speed or Idle for a minute then die. The balll is soft at this point and must be pumped back up to start. If I give it full throttle ... It takes off runs perfect, after running at full I can drop down to 1/2 throttle and not have the issue until very low or idle speeds are reached, Over the last few trips the problem seems to be getting worse .... Now full throttle and it surges a few timers before taking off. Must pump Ball 10+ times to get fuel back in the inline filter that feeds both motors.

Other Motors Starts/runs/idles perfect all day.

VRO has been removed on both motors.

I replaced the fuel connector going to the motor.

Fuel pump? or ossible a air leak somewhere? Is there a easy way to replace the fuel filter that is under the powerhead?

thanks in advance!!

"Is there a easy way to replace the fuel filter that is under the powerhead?" should be no filter under power head, it is either inline or a fuel/water separator. really sounds like you need to do some trouble shooting. most likely contaminated carbs on that motor, or weak fuel pump. pump bulb, look for fuel leak.
