I have an 1989 Proline Cuddy with a 4.3 Liter. The stringers around the fuel tank were rotted and the original fuel tank was full of something that could not be purged. The original deck was removed the stringers were replaced new tank installed foam was used in the under deck cavities and the deck was replaced with epoxied and non skid on top paint. This Boat always seemed to ride low in the back, the scuppers always needed to be plugged.
Does any one else have this model who can comment on scuppers being below water level? It takes almost all it has to get on plane 3800RPM and I must maintain full down trim for this.
