I got around to finding storage for the boat, it will not sit outside when not in use. Feel like a fool for not looking into it earlier. 8 miles from my house 10 x 24 self storage garage $75 per month.

It can be done...:pulled my mom's third ex-husband's girlfriend (I'll give you a minute...) last summer at 75, deep water start on my double high-wrap. I was pretty damn impressed.
Spit my beer out.... at least you are still friends.

like to know how it works out had been looking at it. My 82 yr old dad complains because he cant slalom anymore. No joke the guy is in great shape still combo skis and does winter skiing, would be great to get him back on one ski...
My son and his buddy showed up to waterski yesterday afternoon, they both tried the big easy. My son got up with both feet in the bindings pretty easily. You defiantly want to stay in the 24-28 mph range as suggested, it gets a little sketchy at higher speeds.

We are trying ours out this weekend weather permitting. Although I have water skied since I was about 10 I could never slalom either by getting up on one or dropping. Not sure if at 52 yrs and 290 lbs its gonna happen but what the hell... I haven't seen the ski yet as it delivered to the lake but it seems to be a 2 x12 with bindings...

How do you like the boat?

Oh I still do not have the boat wet yet but powered it up to check gauges and switches, starting sequence. I love the cockpit, that is what it feels like. Never owned an inboard before, and the only single screw craft I ever operated was a gas powered silverton. I like it much more than an outboard.
