I have a 1989 Johnson GT200 that runs great at WOT but at low rpm or idle, it sounds like it is sucking air or missing and then dies. Almost like a hiccup or something. Any ideas on what this could be? Any help is grratly appreciated.
lean sneeze would be the hiccup ,clean carbs ,also could be cracked or loose fuel hose also could be caused by reed valve slightly staying open. take airbox off look for any signs of a fuel leak
