Ok guys I need some help, I have a Gradywhite with twin 200 Johnson outboards 1989. The starboard engine is good and strong, the port engine has low compression in two cylinders so I have a company that's going to rebuild it but I have to take the powerhead off and take it to them (four hour drive). I have removed all the nuts and bolts (I think). There are 14 bolts total, 7 on each side, 2 nuts on the front one on each side and one nut on the back for a total of three nuts. I can't get the powerhead to budge. Are there any other bolts I'm missing. Does anyone have a PDF file for removing the powerhead. I could sure use some help!!!

There's always a bolt you just don't notice.
Maybe remove the lower unit to make it easier.

Remove lower unit first.----That would eliminate driveshaft jammed into crankshaft with rust.
