Before using the easy out, did you first drill into the broken bolt? If not get a carbide bit or even a colbolt bit(hardeened bolts are tough buggers to drill) and drill down into the head of broken bolt. Then use a good easy out and the bolt should free itself. I would not use a 3 jaw puller as you might do damage to the teeth on the flywheel and trying to get a new flywheel cost money and time searching for one.
Once you get the bolt out use grade 8 bolts and the puller. once you tighten center bolt of puller onto the shaft of the flywheel tighten down with as much pressure as you can, then take a 8lb sleghammer and give the center puller bolt a good jolt, this should free the flywheel, if not tighten a bit more and one more wack will pop flywheel off of shaft taper. Good luck and keep at it, once it frees you will be like, what the heck that was simple.
