1989 Force 125 warm or cold water from pee hole

Hola. Very helpful site. My first post. Water coming out of the pee hole should be warm or cold? After changing the impeller and thermostat water is warm. Normal? Thanks.

Warm is ok, Hot is not.

A friend of mine has an Evinrude and the water comes out cold. Would changing the water pump make the water come out cooler? Open for suggestions. Thanks.

Let me try it again, water spitting out should be like bath water, not hot and will not burn your hand, comfortable..
