I have at 1989 evinrude 150 xp it starts shaking at 3000 rpms when in gear or thottle only most of the time. After starting it and shutting it off a few times it runs great and revs up to about 5000 rpms at WOT and planes boat out with no problem. After shutting it off and starting it back up it dose it again and wont go pass 3000 rpms. Has anyone one else had this problem before and what with the solution. I am new to marine engines and trying to learn. Any input is helpful. Thanks
