Any Ideas on this.<br /><br />Running the boat I get occasional, two or three times a minute, alarm beep that corresponds to a tach drop off. No performance change, oil tank full and engine cooling properly.
Hello<br /> yes sounds like something loose. mine was a switch going bad. what can happen is every time it makes the connection again the alarm horn self tests .<br /> good luck and keep posting
Thanks for the info guys. The only problem is that like I said it's intermittent right now and until it goes bad It's gonna be pretty hard to isolate. Rodbolt you said a switch went bad, are you referring to the ignition switch?<br /><br />Guess I'd better keep the trolling motor batteries fully charged. If not I may have to try walking on water to get back to the ramp soon.
