1989 Bass tracker steering

I recently bought a 1989 bass tracker 1600. I believe something is different or changed with the steering because the steering wheel is very close to the console. If I pull out my live well drains and turn the wheel they hit each other. It seem like there is supposed to be some kind of extension or something to move the wheel away but I cant find any pictures of what its supposed to look like. Any help would be great.

After view the pictures. Mine is way different. My wheel sits almost flat against the console, I'm beginning to think at some point someone replaced it with a teleflex system and didn't extend the column.
