Have a 1988 Starcraft SF221 Offshore, Own the boat for 5 years now.
I recently pulled the 5.0L OMC engine to replace transom O-ring gasket. With the engine pulled I find the stringers under the engine mounts to be rotted. I documented and dimensioned the existing stringer and engine mounts and fabricated a fixture to relocate the engine mounts.
I'm find additional rot on the bulkhead in front of the engine.
Looking for a photo's or a drawings from another restoration showing the stringer/bulkhead locations under the fiberglass deck?.

You’re not going to want to hear this, but it’s a 1988......you’re going to find rot everywhere, to include the transom. Bad news for sure, but many of us have been there.

I agree with Chuck..... youre going to find lots of rot, you will end up un-capping the hull and then doing a full restoration. so start making a cradle for the hull now.

Thanks for the response... Just looking for a build plan or photos with the deck pulled back for an idea of the stringer and bulkhead construction.

plans may not have existed when the boat was new. 99% of us simply measure and duplicate what was there.
