I just don’t get why you wouldn’t run tcw3 oil on an engine that calls for it. Madness otherwise.

I have said it many times.------Mixing of oil / gasoline , 2 stroke engines , lubrication is just not well understood.-----This thread is proof once again.

Yes, but the good news is that we will only have these types of discussions for maybe 20 years more. By then, almost no 2 cycle motors will exist. They we can argue about whether FC-W oil is the right stuff for our 4 cycle outboards, or whether we should use automotive multi vis oil. I cannot wait.....
