the motor was warmed up, probably not up to operating temp, ran it for 5 or 10 minutes before test

thanks for all your help with this matter, you guys have alot more experience with these motors, what typically could be wrong, head gasket, rings? feeling really bummed out

yea that is a great motor..you need to find out what is damaged and WHY..very important. or go buy a good used motor
