Boat sat for many a years. Motor started and ran a few times on land. Just restored boat and put it in water. At first she just cranked and wouldn't start. Then she started and ran sounding very good. When I went to back out of dock she stalled and wouldn't start again. She cranks fine just won't start. Any suggestions ? Fuel is new, Bulb and fuel line is new. new plugs.
