motor runs, hard to start after sitting and the compression is 64 in all cylinders
could this be carbon build up or problem with the rings,or head gasket. bought boat and it sat for long time.

If the compression is that low on all cylinders, I would do a decarb and recheck the compression. Might bring the numbers up some.

depend on the guage, 90 is not bad at all, on a 6 cylinder. if it has sa for a long time, add oil to your fuel also for the first couple of trips. get everything lubed up.

the VRO pump does not know your are adding extra oil. VRO will mix as normal, with you running 50:1 oil in the fuel tank.

here is some very good advice, i suggest you heed it well.
