Will Power Pilot Controls and cables work on this motor. Have the control cables changed from the 70's to the 80's. I have brand new cables from a 1975 50HP Rude purchased in 1975. I now have a 1988 Rude which I need remote controls. I am willing to purchase a used Power Pilot Control with a seperate wiring harness to save money. Does this sound as though it will work out. Will the throttle and shift cables be compatable? Appreciate your help. Thanks.
