1988 alumacraft classic deluxe needs new floor n leaks!

hey there im new to the this site n hoping toi get some much needed advice...my alumacraft cd leaks from a handful of bad rivets and the center keel. also it could use a new floor. never done this kind of work n not even sure where to begin!...please help!
