Replaced one carb with another from a set of another engine I had but it appears there is a difference.

I saw cast in the carb body the number 1 5/16 and the other is 1 3/16. Is this an issue being that one is 1 5/16 and the other is 1 3/16.

Also, I used jets from old carb on the new one.

Solved my bogging problem with rebuild / replace but now engine does not run as smooth.

You need to replace as a pair and don't swap the jets.

You may need to downsize the high speed jets on the carburetors with the larger throats if you find that you are running rich.

If I run it this way for a little while will it cause any problem?

Put the original jets back in the carbs. You can run one of each size but that's an odd thing to do. Your economy may not be the greatest and it may create some odd running characteristicts.

Thanks. If I need to take them off again I think I will change the other carb so they match and use appropriate jets. Thanks for your help.
