I just replaced my exhaust boot on my 85 hp outboard 1988 force engine and its running alot better. I now notice that my engine is surging when i am up to full throttle also It tops out around 30 mph. I am runing it on a 17 foot larson which seems like it should go faster. Anyone have any hints for me?
