I lifted my OMC COBRA outdrive today and it won't go back down, pump is running when you press the button but it does nothing but makes noise?? Anyone have same problem??
CAREFULLY, jump up and down on the drive while someone else is running the trim down button.
Many time the check valves in the pump get jammed when left pressurized in the up position.
