I'll do that you know a lot of people talk so highly of you but none of them said you were such a **** just another form full of jerk offsSpeak with the gentleman that has been in the business for 50 years for advice on this.
1st gotta figure out if its fuel or ignition. did you try hitting the primer when it surges? pumping the bulb? if it smooths out you know its fuel. If it does nothing then slows down, its ignition. you will need a DVA adapter for your meter to read primary voltage going to coil from pack. if voltage drops then motor acts up, thats usually a bad stator. CDI parts arent the quality they once wereI don't need luck I'll figure it out I haven't got 1 ounce of useful information from this forum that that's for sure and the one time I was about to the person that could've given it to me decided to be a **** may you have the day you deserve
Thank you for your response and I appreciate all the information you have given I figured out the motor the problem was I tried to get away with using the cheap aftermarket carburetor rebuild kits as soon as I rebuilt the carburetor with factory parts the problems went away the boat runs like the raped ape it did before all my problems started1st gotta figure out if its fuel or ignition. did you try hitting the primer when it surges? pumping the bulb? if it smooths out you know its fuel. I did and he was correct his first question was did I use OEM carburetor rebuild kits I told him no he said don't do anything else until you replaced the carburetor kits with OEM's now the motor fucking works perfect thanks for nothing Mr. know it allSpeak with the gentleman that has been in the business for 50 years for advice on this.
Absolutely lesson learned it won't happen again the funny thing is every other part I put on the motor was OEM don't know what made me think saving a couple of bucks was gonna do any good I am not the kind of person that tries to cut cornersProblem solved and lessons learned.----Know of one individual that had these " hooflungdung " kits in his motor for about 1/2 hour before going back to factory original.-----So it is true.----" The bitterness of poor quality is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten "
no problem . those chinese kits are almost a joke in that it seems they made the rubber actually dissolve with fuel. if a customer has fuel issues thats one thing i ask. seeing how many are sold is frightening!Thank you for your response and I appreciate all the information you have given I figured out the motor the problem was I tried to get away with using the cheap aftermarket carburetor rebuild kits as soon as I rebuilt the carburetor with factory parts the problems went away the boat runs like the raped ape it did before all my problems started
