So sometimes the engine starts when it wants and sometimes it doesn’t. It’ll take a couple key turns before it actually starts. Does anyone know what could possibly be the culprit?

Have battery load tested.----Take starter apart for inspection .----No money spent on this.---Are you pushing key in and hold key in while cranking it over ?----Do ohm check on starter armature.

Yes battery has been tested and is fully charged. Yes we are pushing the choke in and holding it while we turn the key.

You said sometimes it starts.....you showed us when it won't start, show us when it does. Otherwise put a little fuel in each hole and see if it roars for a second, otherwise I'd start looking at electrical. Rule out whether it's fuel or not.

That Motor has no Choke, but rather an Enrichment System.
Are you squeezing the Primer Bulb till it gets hard insuring the entire Fuel System is full?
