Hey all
I just purchased this boat and plan on doing a moderate restoration. My main concern is the floors, I would like to pull up and redo to make a lot sturdier. Other than that, I want to redo the seats, build one double seat and redo do the vinyl, and exterior paint. I am new to the boating community but I am a big DIYer. Any ideas on how to remove the floor would be great! Do I start by pulling everything and then cutting around the edges? How do I know where the supports are? Can someone tell me what the green stuff on the bottom paint? Its been out of water for 3 years.

That hull has some real potential. Heck of a motor you've got there as well. Some bottom paint has copper in it which may explain the green.

Lots of threads on here that will show what you need to know about your resto. This one, along with the accompanying youtube videos, is pretty much the bible at this point http://forums.iboats.com/showthread.php?t=454460
