1987 Evinrude 90hp constant alarm

I recently bought a used boat that has 1987 evinrude 90hp, the first few times I took it out the alarm would go on and off long buzzing and now the alarm is constantly going off even if it has been sitting for days and it does it when the motor is off. I first thought it was overheating but the temp is right where it needs to be and the oil pump seems to be working as well, Any ideas whats going on?

There should be two intermittent horns on that model. The short internal horn is a fuel/oil pump warning. The longer interval horn is probably indicating the oil tank is low on oil.
