I found a used ignition system from a 150 hp force 1991 in year. The main difference is my cdi and coils are black these are blue. If I were to hook this up using the blue parts that come with it would I be OK? I would be using the stator from the 150. But be using my trigger, 6 wire 3 cylinder trigger. I would also be using the terminal board from the 150 horse and not connecting the extra cylinder wires from the stator to a cdi box and or coil. Am I trying to hard to make something work here? I just seem to think it will work. 2 coils would not be getting juice as well as one of the cdi's. In my set up now one of the cdi's only get half power...
