They said they always send them with all their engines but nothing on the pressure. The discussion was focused on that I installed a standard flow pump and those numbers.

Concern here is if your bearing clearances were set up correctly, which based on what is seen I would bet they are too tight. Hopefully there is documentation of this convo in case You have an issue down the road.

It sounds like you are looking at all the right things hopefully water test is good

Well it went great! Once she was good and warm the oil pressure at idle was 40-43 psi. Got her up to 4200rpm and the oil pressure stayed under 75psi. She got up on plane with no hesitation, sounded great through the spectrum of rpm I was up and down.

So I'm gonna say the solution was swapping the high volume pump to the standard volume pump and getting it up to operating temp. I guess my suggestion to anyone building an ATK reman swap the pumps right away.
