I am trying to restore one of these and would like to speak with someone who either has one or knows something about these models. Thanks. Odduck87

Welcome to the dry dock!!! You have a relatively rare rig there, do yourself a favor and throw some pictures up, (use a free photobucket account and paste in the code. I guarantee with all the tin heads around here you will get the info you need. The build characteristics will be similar to Starcraft and a few others. I for one will have some interest in this, kinda like the looks of that boat.
Post up the pics and that will get some interest for sure!
What are you looking to figure out?

I tried to upload some pics. This boat came from the factory with a midcabin that is no longer there and I want to put one in so I need help with that. Second, putting a combo bimini/camper top canvas on the boat is complicated and two canvas guys have asked if there are pictures showing what it originally looked like. I have been in touch with a rep from Crestliner about many things but he can't help with either. I am also trying to replace some rubber molding strips and am working with Alan at rubrails.com but there are a couple he can't find and the cost of reproducing them is high so I am looking for another possible source. There's more but that's a start. I don't think there were many of these produced so it's the needle in a haystack thing - I knew some were on Lake Erie and other Great Lakes used as fishing machings. gk

Welcome to iBoats!

I Googled your boat and have been reading most or your Blogs and other Web postings. Very interesting project you have. I sense your frustration AND yet your interest and entusiasm in wanting to bring this old Girl back to her original beautiful self. Lots of Old Salts here on this forum that might be able to "Throw you a Line" in your efforts so keep posting your questions and pics and see what comes along. Open a free Photobucket account and load your pics there, then use the IMG Code to copy and paste your pics directly into you iBoats thread.

I would really like to show you some photos but I can't figure out how to post them here plus I have no idea what the IMG code is or how to copy and paste the pics. My wife and I joke about becoming foster parents but only of 12 year olds to show us how to use the computer and phones. gk

Go to Photobucket.com and open a free account. You can then upload your pics there. Once you do in the Pic library there will be a IMG Code listed. Do a right click on it and then select Copy from the menu. Now return to iBoats and right click in your iBoats thread and select Paste.
