1987 140 looper replacement powerhead

Hey, I have a 87 140 looper i have a hole in the crankcase rod went through, I am looking for a power head, wondering if there is any other power head that i can use with the lower half and mid section with little or no modifications? Is it worth getting the same 140 looper engine?
