Hello All ,
I have a few questions to ask?

First of all I have a 86 Sea Ray Seville 19 foot that I am redoing. The floor and stringers are rotten so I have to rip out all. Glad I got the boat for and trailer for $100.

My question is when I rebuild it floor would you build it like it was or?
1) Replace the Lounge Seats and put in 2 captain seats?
2) Take out the two motor seats and make one long bench seat? If I did that I could make a layout deck above the motor
3) Does anyone know of a place to get the diagram of the hull at Stringers and all? I have asked Sea Ray and they said they do not have one.

I would like to know what you would do on this?

Thank you

Check your transom for rot also, Lots of re-build threads on here. Get ready for a TON of work and thousands of dollars you are going to be sinking into that $100.00 boat - Keep in mind if it's not an emotional attachment it would be cheaper to look for a solid boat to start with. Not for the faint of heart that's for sure.

Thank you for you advice on trans. I can not believe I over over looked that when I started the topic. If it is bad I will put this boat 6' under and keep the trailer. but hey what a deal on a trailer. lol

After taking out the outdrive all looking around the Trans looks to be good. After I take the engine out sometime this week I will cut a piece of the fiberglass off and check it in another spot
