just picked up this engine it will not idle unless choke is pulled out when you push it in it will die every time warm or cold. compression is 120 in both cyl. new plugs and checked wires they check ok with ohm meter. firing on both cyl with spark checker but both plugs are wet when you pull them out is this normal i don't work on many 2 stroke engines. i am a 4 stroke and diesel guy. any input is appreciated. thanks
