1986 johnson 175 vro no top end power.

Hello..... So i just bought a 1978 Grady White with a 1986 175 hp Johnson. Cleaned all electrical connection, new plug, new fuel ball, all carbs removed and all jets, blows, and ports cleaned, adjusted throttle cable, idle screw, cam follower and timing advance. Sparks is good on all cylinders. Motor starts and idles fine, but when given throttle runs to 2000 rpms and then just doesn't go any higher. Kind of bogs down. Checked my compression and I'm at 90 psi all cylinders. PLEASE HELP.
